"During my First 40 days I lost a Total of 19 pounds"

GinnyFirst and foremost I learned that boot camp doesn't have to be like The Biggest Loser. I learned that in 30 minutes you can seriously get a sweat on and feel like you have accomplished something. I learned about what exercises are best for certain things. Also in my case I learned that there are modifications that can be done so that we can get results without causing pain. I am so very grateful for this experience and my time with Mark is far from over and I plan to get every bit out of it. During my first 40 days I lost a total of 19 pounds and I am sooo excited about that. I didn't make it a point to be all about the weight but about how I felt and how my clothes felt. I never did inches but I know that they are dropping as well. I recently bought a pair of pants that are 2 sizes smaller than when I started this amazing journey. I have also purchased a going to get into dress that I am very excited about. I will continue on this journey. I have about 130 pounds to go before my goal weight is accomplished and I know that I can do it. I will be taking a trip back home in about 90 days and I am excited to see how much more I can drop before then and to see the looks on everyone's faces that hasn't seen me in about 18 months.

I never thought that a woman's boot camp could be so fun!  I anticipated a lot of self talk (mainly arguing with myself), but what I found was encouragement and support.  Mark revealed to me that I could do it with proper discipline & dedication.
