The 30-minute workout is what sold me. I am a mother of two young kids and I need efficiency. My story is simple; I had to come up with a goal. Mark has a great tool to write your goal many different ways and I submitted him the paperwork. I knew I had a limited time to get to where I wanted to be, so there was not much room for error. I am thrilled with the results and am continuing with the program to lose another 15 pounds by the end of the year. I found Mark's camp on the internet after hearing the buzz about boot camp style fitness programs. I feel very lucky that I found a camp that maximizes my time (just a half hour per session) and meets in the mornings (yeah, it sounds early, but I don't have a chance to procrastinate). Mark is great at encouraging me to push myself (which was the downfall of other methods I used). I feel strong now and able to do anything I want; like hiking, golfing and gardening. Cheri Neal, Edmonds I joined Mark's Aim to be Fit Women's Boot Camp a month ago and have just completed a full 3 day per week session. Having a gym membership that I never used, I found Mark and his Aim fit class on the internet. I signed up for his emails that proved to be so motivating and interesting. Contrary to what I had been told, Mark was saying I didn't need to spend hours on a treadmill to see results. Intrigued with his 30 minute workouts (who can't commit to 30 minutes?) I signed up. I added the Aim workouts to my Weight Watcher's plan and a month later I saw results that I haven't seen in years. In addition to the 8 pounds lost, I also removed 3 1/2" from my waist, 1 1/2" from my bust, 3" in my hips and 1 1/2" in my thighs. I credit those inches ENTIRELY to Mark and his training philosophy. I feel stronger, more motivated and more confident than ever. Mark is always encouraging and pays attention to each of his students, changing the routine to accommodate what each of us can do. It is so much easier for me, a gym-avoider, to go when I know Mark has the workout planned and I only have to put my effort into actually doing the exercises. No waiting for machines, no having to remember how to use them, or what my workout circuit will be. I know the exercises are working the muscles that need to be worked without my keeping track. And I love the efficiency of the camps! In one-half hour sessions, we work hard, we sweat, and we help each other get the best we can out of each camp.
